According to the statement by Chief Information Officer Matt Bieri, the company became aware that an unauthorized party gained access to some of the internal phone and information systems on September 23.

As soon as the incident came under the limelight, the access to external systems we're shut down, and an investigation began. The company has also employed IT security and forensics experts outside, to conduct a detailed review and help them to restore the affected equipment securely. The company notified law enforcement and are executing enhanced monitoring systems.

“At this time and based on the evidence available to us to-date, all indications are that the impact of this incident is limited to our internal network and phone systems, ” added Beiri.
